Shohal Hossain is a Bangladeshi researcher and academic with a strong background in applied mathematics and multidisciplinary research. He earned his MSc in Applied Mathematics from Islamic University and his BSc from Gono Bishwabidyalay, where he is currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Center for Multidisciplinary Research. His work spans public health, epidemiology, and socio-economic studies, with over a dozen peer-reviewed publications covering topics such as low back pain in garment workers, neck pain in office employees, drug addiction among street children, and macroeconomic trends in Bangladesh. In addition to his research, he has teaching experience in both school and university-level settings. Shohal is proficient in analytical tools such as SPSS and MATLAB, and actively participates in academic training and curriculum development initiatives.
