Internet Facility

The Department provides Good Internet facility.

Others: There is a large playground in the university. Serene, and noise- and pollution-free environment makes it a very healthy environment. Drinking water is available in every floor. Since there is a medical college within this university so medical facilities are excellent and easily accessible to students and teachers. With Gonoswasthya Kendra (GK), there is a medical scheme that firstly one has be to enlisted, then all kind of facilities are available for him/her. Emergency health care is available as well.

Arts & Humanities – and Health & Science faculty each has a library of its own of 1488 sq ft and 4244 sq ft respectively. Both libraries can accommodate at least 350 people altogether. The libraries remain open from 9am to 4.30pm. Each library has sufficient manpower including a librarian and a deputy librarian. The libraries use computerized documentation system (CDS) and integrated set for information system (ISIS) provided by UNESCO (Source; University prospectus, 2017-2018). There is a good collection of books and journals from home and abroad. At present there is a huge number of books in the libraries. Most of the books of English language and literature are available in the library. The department requires a seminar library.
