Welcome to the Department of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering at Gono Bishwabidyalay.
Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering is an interdisciplinary field that brings together physics, engineering, biology, as well as medicine to address the evolving needs of modern hospital and healthcare sectors. With rapid advances in medical technology, the role of professionals in this field has become increasingly important in medical imaging, radiation therapy, healthcare instrumentation, biomedical devices, patient safety and cancer research.
At the Department of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering, we are committed to providing a high-quality education which combines strong theoretical foundations along with the practical and research-oriented learning.
