Requirements for Admission

University follows the rules and regulation of UGC (University Grants Commission) for student admission. Minimum qualification for application is GPA 2.5 in both SSC and HSC examinations for undergraduate admission.

Candidates are selected for admission on the basis of results in the admission test and the GPA obtained in the public examinations. There is a written exam held on university premise followed by an interview. The admission process ensures fair treatment to all applicants with transparency and good practices and do not discriminate applicants in any way.

For M.A. admission, the requirement is a four years bachelor degree in English from an accredited institution. Entry requirements are well defined, measurable and communicable to the potential candidates for admission.
