Documents Required for Honours Course Admission and Form Submission:
- Original SSC and HSC mark sheets.
- Birth registration certificate.
- Two sets of photocopies of the following:
- SSC and HSC mark sheets
- SSC and HSC testimonials
- SSC and HSC certificates
- Photographs of the student:
- 4 copies of passport-size photographs
- 2 copies of stamp-size photographs
- Photographs of parents:
- 1 passport-size photograph of the father
- 1 passport-size photograph of the mother
- Photographs of the guardian (if different from parents):
- 2 passport-size photographs
- 1 stamp-size photograph
