Scope: This is a teacher student exchange program exists between Anhalt University, Germany and MPBME department since March, 2002. Main goal of this collaboration is to develop medical physics education and research in Bangladesh<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ,)Heidelberg University<\/strong><\/p>\n

Year of establishment: 2002<\/p>\n

Scope: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between MPBME department, Gono University and Heidelberg University.\u00a0 Students, who have outstanding result, get opportunity to do M.Sc in this university every year. Also, Ph.D students get opportunity to perform their practical work in this university.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. Mannheim University Hospital (UMM), Mannheim<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • To establish a scientific collaboration and exchange programme on various levels<\/li>\n
  • Collaboration and exchange in scientific research and development<\/li>\n
  • Setting up a full-fledged laboratory and workshops for practical work<\/li>\n
  • Transfer of innovative health care technology into Bangladesh\u2019s hospitals and industry as well as transfer of the specific demands of Bangladesh as a developing country into education, research and development<\/li>\n
  • Exchange personnel on all academic levels: university professors, lectures, graduate students, research scientists at PhD level<\/li>\n
  • Make joint efforts to obtain funding and support for education, teacher-student exchange, development, projects in research, establishment of laboratories and workshops from national and international agencies and institutions as well as industrial companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
