Lab Facility

The department has a well-established laboratory. The laboratory is well equipped with the modern instruments like PCR machine, Gel Documentation system, Laminar Air Flow, UV spectrophotometer, Water Filtration System, Centrifugation machine, Vortex mixer etc. required by students to utilize in their regular graduate and undergraduate laboratory courses.

The laboratory is divided into three separate laboratories. These include –

1. Microbiology laboratory,
2. Molecular Biology Laboratory and
3. Tissue culture Laboratory
